By accessing or using BskySuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of service

BskySuite provides tools for downloading publicly available content from the Bluesky social network via the AT Protocol public API. The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Permitted use

You may use BskySuite to:

• Download content from public Bluesky posts for personal use
• Save videos and images you have the right to download
• Archive your own Bluesky content

4. Prohibited use

You must not use BskySuite to:

• Download or redistribute copyrighted content without permission from the rights holder
• Harass, stalk or infringe the privacy of other users
• Attempt to scrape, overload or abuse our servers or the Bluesky API
• Use downloaded content for commercial purposes without appropriate rights
• Circumvent any content access controls

5. Intellectual property

All content downloaded via BskySuite belongs to its original creator. BskySuite does not claim ownership over any downloaded content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you download.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

BskySuite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of results, or compatibility with all Bluesky post types. Use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BskySuite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
